The customer requirement was to integrate its processes through an automated ERP tool, along with the tax obligation determination needs. The entire back office was automated/redesigned, along with the purchasing/material management, sales, controlling and project system processes.
They came to us due to our consultants high technical capabilities, due to the way we deal with our clients, becoming part of their business, and mainly due to SOLaaS program characteristics, which is a long-term program, single point of contact, and financial benefits (return on investment).
How we solved it?
SAP S/4Hana and TDF implementation: we put in place the main SOLaaS program characteristics, implementing the market best practices, in an aggressive deadline, but phasing in releases the enhancements/improvements during the next 4 years.
