- PHASE 1 – Assessment & Discovery of current SAP instance
The first phase of the migration program has the goal to ensure that the client has a clear vision and understanding of the benefits that the SAP S/4 HANA ERP can offer and the main reasons why they should perform the migration / implementation. This is done by a Presentation of S/4 HANA Improvements and FIORI application portfolio, and Origen’s survey questionnaire.
- PHASE 2 – Analyze Migration Scenarios
In this phase, our team will make sure the client is aware of the different migration / implementation scenarios to SAP S/4 HANA and the solutions that Origen can offer to achieve it. A presentation of migration scenarios to SAP S/4 HANA is done, alongside the execution of SAP reports, such as: Readiness Check, Business Scenario Recommendation, and Transformation Navigator.
- PHASE 3 – Understanding Customer’s Business Strategy
The third phase of the migration program consists of obtaining business information related to the strategic objectives of the company that allows us to suggest the best migration / implementation scenario towards SAP S/4 HANA. A meeting to gather the business’ information and interpretate the SAP reports is done, where our team will have an assessment.
- PHASE 4 – Recommendations & Cost Estimate
In the last phase, Origen’s team presents to the client the results of the information obtained during the program and presents the proposal to migrate the company to SAP S/4 HANA. This phase includes the presentation of assessment results and reports, and a proposal for project implementation approach including: SAP consultant services, SAP licenses, and Infrastructure required.
